Project Description
The revitalization of the Canadian Dental Association's 2,790 sq. m. head office required a comprehensive analysis of functional requirements over a specified period of time and the development of concepts, logistics, scheduling and funding requirements.

The project included the selection of engineering consultants to participate in a complete revitalization of existing base building delivery systems. The building interior was gutted and completely upgraded to include new ceiling and lighting, walls and screen panels, flooring, furniture, HVAC, electrical and cabling.

Epps Corp assumed Prime Consultant responsibilities for coordination of all sub-consultant design, specification and procurement, project management, tendering and construction.
