New National Data Centre

Project Description
As part of a Strategic Facilities Plan for the Head Office of the Canadian Blood Services, Epps Corp planned and implemented the relocation of the CBS National Data Centre to a new facility.

The project included the programming, design, and implementation coordination of the Data Centre move, as well as the fit-up design of approximately 30,000 square feet of office space for the CBS IT group. Epps Corp coordinated the move of 150 CBS staff to the new facility. As project prime consultant, Epps Corp coordinated Data Centre design, IT infrastructure, emergency back-up power & electrical distribution, structural engineering, mechanical systems, and furniture selection.
