Project Description
This project included the comprehensive determination of the functional requirements of a printed circuit board manufacturer and the establishment of an expanded 1,858 sq. m. facility. Highly sensitive processes included the use of volatile chemicals in wet and dry plating, etching and photo ionization.

Detailed "footprinting" of functional entities and their respective proximity relationships within a newly defined operational procedure were established. Preliminary plans of the expanded facility were prepared reflecting the newly defined criteria. ISO 9000 certification application and compliance were underway at the same time.

Mechanical and electrical engineering consultants, Landry Gauthier & Associates were contracted to collaborate and to establish Class 'C' related costs of required upgrades. Preliminary budgets and detailed logistics of implementation were established.

An independent Project Manager was contracted to implement the project over a two-year time frame.
