Project Description
A decision by Treasury Board resulted in the "merger" of Canada Customs and Revenue Canada, now called Canada Customs and Revenue Agency. Epps Corp was contracted to establish the "spacial equation" for the two Branches for the purpose of consolidation.

The project entailed interviews, footprinting, preparation of space requirements charts, proximity relationships and analysis of "as surveyed" results to establish standards. The project was extended to include macro and micro-blocking and generic space planning.

A final report, including summaries and analysis of all findings, was prepared for subsequent concept development and logistics planning.
