Project Description
The project involved the complete retrofit of the sixth floor (approx 5,100 sq. m.) of the Wellington Street building and establishment of a space utilization scheme for the subsequent retrofit of the remaining five floors. The establishment of spacial requirements and concepts of proposed spacial accommodation were also part of the requirements.

Full demolition and construction drawings were prepared in collaboration with appointed mechanical and electrical consultants. Existing open concept systems furniture was partially utilized, new systems furniture was planned and specified.
